Our Partners & Collections

The Company We Keep. The Work we Stand Behind.

At 8FIVE0 Tile Studio, partnerships are intentional.

We collaborate with respected domestic and international manufacturers known for craftsmanship, material integrity, and architectural relevance. These are carefully selected producers — not volume-driven brands — whose collections bring depth, character, and distinction to the projects we support.

Through these relationships, designers and builders gain access to refined materials, specialty formats, and capabilities rarely found in traditional showrooms.

This is how exceptional spaces begin.

Beyond Product - A Trusted Network

Strong vendor relationships translate into real-world advantages for your projects. From sample procurement to production updates and delivery coordination, our team works closely with manufacturers to ensure clarity and reliability at every stage.

When timelines matter — and they always do — communication and accountability are everything.

Because we work directly with the makers, we are able to anticipate challenges, guide specification decisions with accuracy, and provide solutions that protect both design intent and schedule.

When you source through 8FIVE0, you gain more than material.
You gain a network built on trust.

Installed. Lived In. Enduring.

Tile is best understood in its final form — installed, illuminated, and integrated into architecture.

Below you’ll find a curated selection of completed projects featuring materials sourced through 8FIVE0. From statement marble entryways and sculptural powder baths to expansive beachfront kitchens and spa-level primary suites, these installations reflect what happens when thoughtful design meets exceptional material.

Each project represents collaboration between designer, builder, installer, and our studio — a shared commitment to precision and beauty.

Design That Holds
Its Standard

In a market like Santa Rosa Beach — where homes are built to endure coastal conditions while maintaining architectural excellence — material selection must meet a higher standard.

Our partners understand that standard.
So do we.

Morgan and Abbie along with Emerald have been more than wonderful in helping choose design and layout! Love their designer selections and Moroccan zellige tiles.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Abbie Parker has guided us through the last two remodeling projects in our home in Bluewater Bay, which included the Primary Bathroom and Kitchen. Abbie’s knowledge and expertise was vital to creating and providing options for us to choose. She guided us through some unique and creative design ideas to achieve exactly the results we desired, which exceeded our expectations. Abbie kept us consistently informed of the project’s progress with accurate status regarding schedule and tasking. Abbie’s designer skill set is exemplary and treated us with respect, grace, and kindness. We plan to consult Abbie for our future planned projects in the coming months. If you are considering a new build or redesign, Abbie should be your first call.

The level of expertise that these ladies have is exceptional! We were blown away and can’t wait to see everything once it’s installed. Their kindness and patience made us feel like family. All of the employees were so welcoming and helpful. So impressed by this business and the lovely people who work there.
